◇Characteristics The electroplating solution produced by the iron-nickel-molybdenum soft magnetic alloy foil is less harmful to the environment, the process is stable, and the composition of the plating solution is simple and It is easy to operate and can be stored for a long time after preparation. Through this electroplating and process, an iron-nickel-molybdenum alloy foil with a thickness of 5-100 μm and any length and width can be obtained. The alloy foil is an excellent soft magnetic material, and its overall performance is better than that of the moly permalloy powder core (MPP). The production cost is much lower than that of the molybdenum permalloy powder core (MPP); the temperature stability is excellent, and it can be applied to high quality factor Q filters, inductive load coils, and resonant circuits below 300kHz. It is used in LC with high temperature stability requirements. Used in the circuit, output inductance, power factor compensation circuit, etc.

◇Preparation method: Add citric acid and lactic acid to 500mL deionized water, stir until dissolved; then add nickel sulfate, ferrous sulfate and ammonium sulfate, stir at room temperature until dissolved, Then heat the above solution in a water bath to 55-75°C, then add sodium molybdate to the solution, stir to dissolve; then add the mixture of 1,4-butynediol and dimethylhexynol, and then add to Ionized water until the solution is 1000mL, adjust the pH of the above solution to 5-6 with sodium hydroxide solution; then heat it to 55-75℃ with a water bath,

Use stainless steel mesh as anode, titanium wheel as cathode, electroplating at a current density of 30~70A/dm2, after 5~30min of electroplating, 5~100 μm thick iron-nickel-molybdenum alloy foil can be peeled from the titanium wheel .

◇Precautions: The mass (g) ratio of each component of this product is: nickel sulfate 80~150, sodium molybdate 5~10, ferrous sulfate 30~90, ammonium sulfate 20-40, complexing agent 40-65, bright additive 2-5, add deionized water to 1L.

The complexing agent is a mixture of citric acid and lactic acid.

The bright additive is a mixture of 1,4-butynediol and dimethylhexynol.
