NE1060 catalyst is the second generation of diphenylmethylene diisocyanate (MDI) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) polyurethane foamed flexible molded foam A new type of non-emission (NE) gel catalyst. NE1060 catalyst can form a close chemical bond with the polyurethane foam plastic matrix while maintaining the foam performance. Used in automobile manufacturing, this product can eliminate the odor and volatile organic compounds emitted by the polyurethane catalyst, causing fog and water droplets on the windshield and staining of the polyethylene plastic.

Recommendations for use:
NE1060 catalyst is recommended for TDI or TDI/MDI polyurethane high resilience (HR) foam, and TDI/MDI-based or MDI-based polyurethane cold-curing molded hair Foam, polyurethane cushion foam plastic system. This non-volatile catalyst is compatible with other commonly used polyurethane catalysts and additives, and is easily mixed with polyols and mixtures of polyols and water.
In the MDI system, the recommended usage level of NE1060 catalyst is 0.50 to 1.50 pphp; in the TDI system, it is 0.40 to 0.70 pphp.

Store in a cool, dry place, keep the container tightly closed, and avoid contact with oxides. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, take a shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothes separately and use them after washing. Maintain good hygiene habits. The company recommends that all polyurethane catalysts be stored in a dry and cool place with proper ventilation. All storage containers must be well sealed to avoid contact with water or other influential substances, as this may change the performance of the product in use. The storage temperature is 10°C to 30°C. Lower or higher temperatures are inappropriate and should be avoided as much as possible.
