Plasma-oriented plating solution

Features

(1) This product can be electroplated on carbon steel, alloy steel, copper and its alloys and other base materials to obtain a smooth, uniform and dense plasma-facing tungsten alloy coating.

(2) The various chemical reagents of this product have no pollution to the environment, the composition of the plating solution is simple, the plating solution has good stability and can be stored for a long time, and it has good covering and dispersing capabilities.

(3) The electroplating process used has a wide current density range and a wide temperature range, making the process simple and easy to master.

(4) The tungsten content of the tungsten alloy coating obtained by this product accounts for more than 55%, and the coating is firmly bonded to the substrate.

Usage and usage This product is mainly used for metal electroplating.

The metal workpiece electroplating steps are as follows.

(1) Pre-treatment of metal workpieces. Degrease, remove rust, mechanically polish, clean, and activate according to conventional metal surface treatment methods, or follow the following treatment steps: put the metal workpiece in a boiling 10% sodium hydroxide solution, alkaline wash for 15 minutes; rinse with water and then Put the workpiece in 15% dilute hydrochloric acid, pickling for 15 minutes, and rinse with clean water; mechanically remove the hard-to-remove defects on the surface and then clean it in ultrasonic filtration, activate with 10% dilute hydrochloric acid, and rinse with deionized water.

(2) Electroplating experiment process: heat up the prepared electroplating solution to 70℃, keep the pH value stable at 8.0 during the electroplating process, and the current density is 10A/din2; the anode is made of stainless steel and electroplated for 1 hour.

(3) A uniform and dense tungsten alloy plating layer is formed on the metal surface with a thickness of 60-70μm.

Production method: First add deionized water, then add sodium tungstate, potassium sodium tartrate, citric acid, ferrous sulfate, ascorbic acid and sodium lauryl sulfonate, in the order listed After adding each substance, it must be fully stirred to dissolve it completely. When adding ascorbic acid and sodium lauryl sulfonate, first dissolve them in a beaker respectively, then adjust the pH value to 7-9 with ammonia water, and add deionized water. Volume.
