Formula of electroplating nickel alloy solution for improving corrosion resistance of coating

Features:

The coating obtained by using the preferred formulation of this product’s plating solution is compared with the ordinary nickel coating of the same thickness, regardless of whether it is chrome plating, The neutral salt spray test time has been extended by 3 times.

Production method: Dissolve each component in water, adjust the pH to 2~2.5, and dilute to 1L to get this product.

Precautions: The range of the weight (g) of each component of this product is: nickel salt 10~400, phosphorous acid 10~100, boric acid 10~50, organic carboxylic acid or its salt Class 10-100, hydroxy carboxylic acid of unsaturated hydrocarbon 5-8, add water to 1L.

The nickel salt is nickel sulfamate or nickel sulfate.

The hydroxycarboxylic acid of the unsaturated hydrocarbon is composed of one or two of hydroxymethacrylic acid or hydroxyethyl acrylic acid.

The organic carboxylic acid is tartaric acid, succinic acid or oxalic acid; the salt is potassium sodium tartrate.

The working temperature of the nickel electroplating solution is 60-65°C.

The pH of the nickel electroplating solution is 2 to 2.5. If the pH is too high, phosphorus is not easy to deposit, and if the pH is too low, it will lead to poor dispersion ability
