Features of gantry linear electroplating automatic line

(Longmen) type linear automatic line uses gantry type (crane) to lift the electroplating workpiece, and the running track of the travel is generally arranged on both sides of the plating tank. The crane moves in a straight line along the track, and uses one or two pairs of lifting hooks on the crane to lift the cathode pole bar, so that the automatic line completes the task of electroplating according to the program requirements. Portal cranes are the most widely used electroplated automatic cranes. This kind of crane uses two symmetrical lifting hooks to lift the cathode pole bar in parallel, with stable transmission and large lifting force, which can reach about 500kgf (1kgf=9.8N), and is especially suitable for hanging and plating large workpieces. The lifting speed of the hook is generally designed in the range of 5~15m/min. If the speed is too low, it will affect the production capacity of the automatic line; if the speed is too high, the impact force between the cathode bar and the pole bar seat will be greater when the cathode bar is in place, and the electroplated workpiece will impact the liquid surface, which will easily cause the plating solution to splash, and it is also easy to cause thin and light stamping plating parts. The phenomenon of floating from the hanger into the plating tank occurs.

In the past, the running speed of the vehicle was mostly driven by a two-speed (or even a three-speed) motor. In this way, when driving or before stopping, use low-speed operation (usually 6-10m/min) to reduce the vibration during start and stop and the shaking of the hanger on the pole bar, and it can also reduce the error of driving and parking. , So that the cathode bar can be placed in the pole bar seat more accurately. After starting and on the way before stopping, a higher speed (generally 20-30m/min) is used to ensure the operating efficiency of the crane (crane). Nowadays, frequency-conversion speed-regulating motors are often used to drive, which can make the curve of this kind of variable-speed operation more smooth, so the driving operation will be more stable and reliable.
