Dip coating insulation method for electroplating hangers

Dip coating is to put the cleaned hanger into the prepared insulating glue and shake it so that the welding seam of the hanger is evenly dipped with insulating film, after washing Bake or dry (depending on the different requirements of the insulating glue brand).

If the thickness of one dip coating cannot meet the requirements, it can be dried and then dip coated again until it meets the requirements.

The shortcomings of this method are as follows.

(1) The contact part between the hanger and the workpiece needs to be scraped off with a knife to remove the insulating glue. It must be done before it is completely dry, otherwise it will easily cause the film to peel off (the knife used can be a commercially available carving knife).

(2) Equipment that can accommodate the immersion hanger is required.

(3) The amount of glue is more than other methods.
