How to make:

(1) Prepare mixed rare earth solution, weigh ce02 and La20 respectively, mix them, add concentrated nitric acid to dissolve them.

(2) At room temperature, weigh out sodium tungstate, cobalt sulfate, sodium chloride, citric acid, potassium sodium tartrate, bright additives glucose and thiourea, and auxiliary complexing agent boric acid. First, use the above drugs separately Dissolve in a small amount of distilled water, then mix and dilute to 800mL.

(3) Mix the mixed rare earth solution prepared in step (1) with the solution prepared in step (2), add distilled water to 1000mL, and complete the preparation process of the plating solution. The pH is 5-6.

(4) At room temperature, the anode uses graphite as the electrode and the cathode is the plating part. Electroplating at a current density of 6A/dm2 can obtain a bright tungsten-cobalt-rare earth alloy coating.
