SilibaseRA-4MAL Silicone Release Agent for Die Casting is anew environmentally friendly magnesium alloy mold release agent. For thickness of 0.5mm or larger of magnesium, such as precision electronic parts, computer housings, aviation products. SilibaseRA-4MAL Silicone Release Agent for Die Casting does not contain HAP, PAHS and various heavy metals. Passed ROHS and REACH latest environmental standards. Comply with ISO9001:2008 production quality indicators.
Process Advice:
● Place before using the machine and processing tank / pool deployment of a good clean then adding magnesium alloy processing fluid.
● Make sure 2-4 atm compressed working fluid spray evenly distributed in the mold surfaces while the mold surface temperature should not be lower than 180 ℃.
● Can be used for the simple shape of the casting once every two-die coating, die coating complex castings each time.
● It’s not recommended for the processing of reactive metals, such as: zirconium, and other materials.
● Strictly controlled concentration (periodic addition of new fluid) will help to extend the life of the whole groove machining fluid.
Usage Instructions:
● Recommended dosage (dilution ratio): Normal process: 1:60. Complex process: 1:40, depending on the concentration of the test site personnel deployment process, and finally to determine the optimum dilution ratio!
● Use of typical dilution ratio: 1:40 to 1:60 with pure water.
● In excess b e y o n d the typical usage, please contact us for technical support.
● Unless technical service department allowed, shall not add other substances to the concentrate and diluent.
Storage Instructions of SilibaseRA-4MAL Silicone Release Agent for Die Casting: 25Liter/barrel, 200Liter/drum, stored in a cool, ventilated, dry place, shelf life of 18 months, according to non-hazardous chemicals.
