use
Used as a catalyst for polyurethane synthesis and room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. It is also used as an epoxy resin catalyst type curing agent. When curing, stannous octoate has a higher catalytic activity than dibutyltin dilaurate. If the two are compounded, the effect is better than that of the single use, and the reaction speed and curing speed can be considered. Since the divalent tin compound is easily oxidized and decomposed by oxygen and water vapor in the air, it is used for nitrogen protection during storage, and must be sealed to avoid high temperature and excessive humidity to prevent activity from deteriorating or failing.
